Biography
Edgar Goás Blanco, born in 1990 in As Pontes de García Rodríguez, Galicia, is an artist passionate about drawing, painting, and creativity from an early age. After completing compulsory education, he trained in various art schools, specializing in printmaking and screen printing at the Ramón Falcón Art School (Lugo) and illustration at the Pablo Picasso Art School (A Coruña). He graduated with honors in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona.
He is the co-founder of the music and design studio La Séptima, established in Barcelona in 2020, recognized as one of the leading urban music studios in Spain, collaborating with national and international artists.
In 2017, he became a professional muralist. Since then, he has participated in around forty urban art festivals worldwide. His style blends realism, impressionism, and contemporary painting, addressing social and cultural themes.
His artistic exploration extends to stage design, immersive installations, sculptures, music videos, and design. He values the integration of traditional techniques with technology, using virtual reality to model 3D sculptures that inspire his visual works, including murals, gifs, and illustrations.
