Biography
My Name is Jason Woodside. I am a visual artist specializing in painting with acrylics and aerosols. Virginian born, I spent most of my childhood growing up in St. Augustine, Florida. In the early 2000’s, I moved New York City to attend the School of Visual Arts.
Vibrant colors and fades with contrasting bands of patterns and shapes, define my work.
I experiment withvarious dramatic textures and open outdoor environments, drawing influence from textiles, light, and the natural world to create cohesive visuals and positive energy..
My large scale, hand painted murals can be seen on inner city walls around the world including Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Madrid, Tokyo, Sydney and London.
